The Softcare Active Social Assistance (ASA) Solution for First Nations and municipalities is a special version of Softcare CaseManager, our comprehensive client service management software, for managing financial benefits and claims associated with social assistance and ancillary services such as active measures for employment. Agencies mandated to provide social assistance and employment services can use this Softcare Solution not only to meet requirements of the Ontario Works program, but to manage other benefits and services as well. Because this version is based on Softcare CaseManager, First Nations and municipalities can also use it to manage other community services such as homemakers, child and family, addictions treatment, mental health, health services.
Softcare ASA CaseManager is loaded with features to make fast work of calculating budgets for social assistance, creating payroll lists and filing claims for provincial reimbursements - which is what you'd expect from any social assistance software application.
